Our Warranty is based on the Manufacturer Warranty

The manufacturer warrants its products for a period of twelve months beginning the date product(s) ship(s) from the factory. What is Covered: All Forbes products are warranted to be free of defects in manufacturing or materials (very minor blemishes excluded). Forbes agrees to repair or replace at its discretion any or all parts should they prove defective within the Warranty Period. What is Not Covered: Any freight costs, in this regard, shall be the responsibility of the customer unless the manufacturer, at its discretion, assumes a portion of the freight charges.

Geerpres

For a period of 10 years from the date of purchase, if any of the products indicated below proves defective in materials and/or workmanship during normal use by the original purchases, Geerpres will provide at their discretion, repair or replacement providing all Care and Maintenance procedures have been followed and the product has not been abused. Products covered under this limited warranty are Escort and Escort RX series housekeeping carts. This limited warranty excludes shipping and handling charges and does not cover wear items. Exclusion: Mixing zinc plated and galvanized products with stainless steel products will void the 10 year limited waranty due to a chance of galvanic reaction.
